Meditation…Set Your Intention Style

How anyone chooses to set their intention is totally a unique process. Some can just take a moment, some chant, some dance, some pray, and others may need a bit of decompression before they can access their intentional genius.
For me I usually need a bit of decompression, quiet & movement coupled with some sweat. These simple yet profound practices allow me to listen to my internal genius. Either that or my genius just gets a bit louder so I can here her 🙂

  1. Decompression…Breathwork is helpful for this so is Nature Appreciation
  2. Quiet….. So hard to find yet vital to a clear INTENTION
  3. Movement…helps you access your cosmic birthright that is your cellular wisdom
  4. Add a little or a lot of sweat and you have INTENTIONAL PERFECTION
  • Find a quiet place to sit or lie down
  • Place your hands palm up in your lap
  • Close eyes or focus your eyes on one point
  • Breathe in to the count of 4 & out to the count of 4
  • Quiet your mind by focusing only on your breath
  • Continue until you feel satisfied…
  • There is no wrong way
  • ENJOY 🙂
